Yes. Children are welcome at every concert except the 10:30 pm performances at the Cruise Pier Stage.
In accordance with Canary Islands public events legislation, this venue is strictly 18+
Is the festival accessible?
Yes.
Every stage includes a raised viewing platform for people with reduced mobility, ensuring a safe and comfortable concert experience.
How do I get to the festival?
Where can I eat and drink?
All concerts take place outdoors in the historic centre of Arrecife, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and bars where you can sit down or grab something to go.
Food and drink stalls will also be available at the Cruise Pier Stage, the festival’s largest venue.
What can I bring into the Cruise Pier Stage?

Can I bring my dog?
If your dog enjoys busy outdoor events, they’re welcome at almost every concert.
Please keep them on a lead at all times and make sure they’re comfortable—we’d rather avoid heat stress or overwhelming situations for our four-legged friends.
Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the Cruise Pier Stage.

Is the festival safe?
Absolutely.
Our safety team includes Civil Protection volunteers, Local Police, healthcare professionals and a specialist team trained to prevent and respond to gender-based, racist and LGBTQIA+ hate incidents.
We want everyone to feel welcome, respected and safe.
